• Was born 14.03.1964 years in village Chalov of area Shemakha. In 1981 has left school №5 with a chemical and biological bias of Baku..

EDUCATION AND ACADEMIC DEGREES OBTAINED

• 1986 has finished the Lvov Polytechnical Institute of Republic of Ukraine on a speciality of the engineer of system engineering,
• Since April, 27, 2004 the candidate of physical and mathematical sciences (To account on long durability of damaged non-isotropic skew fields).
• Since 2012 the associate professor in the speciality of mechanics of deformable solids.

• 1987-1989. Institute on designing trading enterprises and public catering
• 1989-1990 the Younger Scientific employee of a department of Software BSU,
• 1990-2001. The engineer of the computer center (the Center of Information Technologies- CIT) BSU,
